Cinnamon Pancakes recipe at Gone Raw
I sort of made this today for my late breakfast… delish, except mine was more soupy (I didn’t even attempt to dry it out or cook it). I just ate it like an oatmeal. Such a great flavor though.
In addition to their ingredients, I added chia seeds, some water, coconut oil, coconut flakes, almonds, pecans and cashews (just a few of each) and blended it. I’ll try it again on another day when I’m not as hungry to see if I have the patience to turn it into a real pancake. Either way, thumbs up.
