Breakfast Quinoa by mydailybread
Thank you Courtney for this great recipe. I’m a big fan of the Q-grain, but have never had it like this. Must try. Beautifully photographed too. (note, at first I thought those were pieces of bacon in there - glad to see they are dates!)
I’m a firm believer in starting the morning off right with a balanced breakfast. Quinoa, one of my favorite grains to eat with lunch and dinner, can also be great in the morning and fills up the belly with warmth. This easy combo took only ten - fifteen minutes to make my day:
- Quinoa
- Walnuts
- Organic Dates
- Almond milk (vanilla flavored)
- Lots of cinnamon - regulates blood sugar, among many other benefits
- Drizzle of Agave nectar
