Need some healthy changes?

I’m pretty much always looking out for sites that have healthy tips. I’m not sure how I found Mercola.com, but after reading quite a few of his articles and watching some videos, it seems to be a good resource. I especially think this nutrition guide for beginners could benifit lots of people although I know first hand how difficult giving up grains is (I’m not sure I ever will get 100% there).
I’m curious about his chlorella supplements and of course his book, so if anyone has tried them, let me know. Of course, I’d also be happy to do a review of the book if someone wants to send a copy my way.
