Skip The Unhealthy Aisle
When a friend recently came over for dinner, she asked me for a cookie. She was utterly shocked when I told her I didn’t have any cookies in my apartment. Not buying the unhealthy stuff not only saves you money, but it prevents you from eating it when you have the craving it. Going all the way to the grocery store or a cafe nearby seems ridiculous just for a cookie, and these options are not even available at night, the worst time to eat a cookie. So the key to being healthy is simple. If you don’t have the unhealthy stuff around, you won’t eat it. Just skip the unhealthy aisles in the grocery store and instead get some fruit and veggies.
