In a move that was one part procrastination and one part seeking strength for the rest of my packing (tomorrow is moving day!) I invented a new smoothie today.
- almost 2 cups fresh blueberries
- a cup of coconut water and some of the meat
- a handful of fresh mint leaves
- a small handful of spinach
- 1/4 banana
- about a tablespoon of raw cacao powder
- some cold water and a bit of ice
It tastes amazing. Yesterday I also tested a blueberry-cucumber-mint combo that was super refreshing.
Any suggestions for a name for this berry-minty smoothie?
