Onwards and Upwards!

Resolutions- I’ve never really liked them. So back in college I started a new tradition for myself. Instead of resolutions, I would make a list of words or phrases that summarized my past year, and then come up with words that I wanted to define the coming new year. I used to write them on scraps of paper and put them in the back of my journal so I could just randomly look through them all. Thank god for laptops so I don’t have to track scraps anymore.

I’ve never shared these with anyone before, but this is a bold new time in my life, so here goes it…

2008
massive changes, facing fears, holistic health, “aha” moments, new friends, letting go, independence, embracing the now, finding the quiet, love & more love

2009
momentum, holistic health, entrepreneurship, prosperity, creativity, fun, massive amounts of laughter, travel, freedom, new experiences & discovery, learning, trust, love & more love
