35 Days of Ways You Can Change Your Life for the Healthier

If you’re like me, you work pretty hard all year to stay healthy and in shape. But by the time the holidays set in, I always feel like I’ve lost a bit of my drive. The cold weather drives me to nest a bit more, gravitate towards heavier food (and holiday sweets) and shrug off the gym. I know I’ll get right back on track in January, but a little inspiration never hurts.
