Sometimes just a simple walk on the beach with my sister is enough to refresh my spirit. Yesterday we took a long walk, talked a lot, and then played around with my camera. I love this shot - the mix of solid ground, stones and soft, blurred water running over them. I hope everyone gets to experience a little running water and sand between the toes this summer.
