I made up a greenie with whatever I had on hand today and it’s so good I may make it all week.
handful of cilantro leaves
handful of kale leaves
2 fresh oranges
1/2 banana
couple unsweetened, dried coconut flakes
tspn of flax oil
cup of water & a little ice
Super fresh tasting and a little tangy. If you don’t like cilantro, substitute some parsley or another dark green....

Just do it.
I went for a run this morning. The road didn’t look like this… my run was along city streets dodging old, dirty patches of leftover snow. But I tried to imagine this road as I pushed myself to keep going, even out my stride… It was a short run, but I broke a sweat and felt good afterwards. The kind of short workout that will make me feel like jumping back into my shoes...
