Creative Breakfast
A creative breakfast this morning! 2 boiled eggs sitting in the quarters of an avacado, covered with salsa, all on a whole wheat tortilla. I added a giant basil leaf from my basil plant - that was the perfect touch. Not in the picture was the smoothie appetizer. GOOP's Teriyaki Chicken
I’m not doing the detox program right now but I’ve wanted to make this dish for a while. The sauce is a little sweet.. I’d probably make it without so much agave next time.
